Catholic families of other denominations are welcome to send their children to Sacred Heart, which is a thriving and all-inclusive institution. Children are at the centre of everything we do, and we do this by upholding the essential gospel virtues of Faith, Hope, and Love as well as our school's motto, "Catholic community learning in love." Here, in this joyful, secure, and nurturing atmosphere, our kids flourish. Children and teachers enjoy what they are learning, and we collaborate closely with parents to build a community where everyone feels valued and included. Sacred Heart offers high standards for every member of our school community and an aspirational culture that encourages us to be the best that we can be. Our kids do well academically at Sacred Heart School, progressing faster than anticipated as compared to both Merton schools and the nation as a whole. We are pleased that our kids receive a well-rounded education that fosters good academic, individual, social and emotional development, and spiritual growth in order to get them ready for the next phase of their lives. Our school excels in RE, music, and physical education. Our classrooms are staffed with teachers who are experts in these fields and excel at bringing out the best in our students. Additionally, we have a committed Spanish teacher. With our parish church, Sacred Heart, and the Ursuline High School, we have a tight relationship. Our partnerships improve our students' learning possibilities as well as the school's spiritual life. We are a forward-thinking institution with an effective governing body and leadership group, and we are honoured that the chair of the board is a National Leader of Governance. We are eager to welcome you to Sacred Heart and to meet you. "Pupils are expressive, self-assured learners who talk enthusiastically about their learning." They look forward to going to class. 2018 March OFSTED
